MARKETING AND MESSAGING FOR INTERIOR DESIGNERS
WHO WANT HIGHER-END CLIENTS AND PROJECTS

YOU’RE READY FOR HIGHER-LEVEL PROJECTS, BUT YOUR MARKETING ISN’T TRANSLATING INTO THE CLIENTS YOU WANT…YET.

You’re putting your work out there, but it’s not translating into the level of clients and projects you want.

Being out there is only part of it. The key to getting hired at the level you’re ready for is getting seen by the right people and making sure your value is immediately clear to them when they find you.

Strategic Visibility

magnetic brand presence

Elevated messaging • impactful website copy • Strategic Visibility • magnetic brand presence •

YOUR BUSINESS GROWS WHEN TWO THINGS WORK TOGETHER: GETTING IN FRONT OF THE RIGHT PEOPLE, AND HOW YOU COMMUNICATE YOUR VALUE WHEN YOU DO.

Most designers either aren’t visible enough or aren’t visible in the right places.

Visibility is about showing up consistently in the places where the right people are.

Every time those people encounter your brand, they’re evaluating why they should choose you, whether they trust you, and if you’re worth the investment.

If that’s not clear, they won’t reach out.

Poof. Opportunity gone.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. I help you align both your visibility and your message so your marketing actually translates into stronger inquiries, better clients, and real growth for your business.

Meet Deb

A smiling woman with shoulder-length wavy brown hair, wearing a turquoise blouse and light-colored pants, sitting on a cream-colored chair in a bright room with natural light.
I do this work because I’ve seen what’s really possible for designers when their value is finally clear to both them and to their clients.

Before starting my business, I worked in-house for an interior designer as the first point of contact for prospective clients, answering inquiries, talking them through the process, and quietly filtering for the right fit.

And at the same time, I was meeting other designers who were exceptional at what they did but struggling to get in front of the right clients and clearly communicate what made them different and why they were worth the investment.

That’s the gap I’ve built my work around.

I translate what’s already true about you and your work into marketing and messaging that gets you found, trusted, and hired by the right people so your business finally reflects the level you’re ready for.

    FAQs

    • So. Many. Things.

I’ve worked inside a design firm so I understand both how designers operate and how their clients think: what builds trust, what answers hesitation, and what actually leads them to reach out.

My work looks at the full picture: your messaging, your positioning, and how your brand shows up across every touchpoint.

It’s more than just strategy or execution. It’s identifying what’s not working in the first place and fixing it so your marketing and messaging actually support the level you’re ready to reach.

Furthermore, my process is comprehensive. In fact, my clients describe it as more like a mix of marketing strategy, business coaching, and full-service implementation, with a little therapy thrown in. And that’s exactly what I’m looking to provide because I know it’s what designers need and deserve!

I believe in my methods and philosophies with all my heart, mind, and soul and it’s the privilege of a lifetime to be able to share them with my incredible clients!

    • This is truly the million-dollar question in our industry, and it really never goes away, no matter how long you’ve been in business.

At a high level, it comes down to two things: getting in front of the right people and making sure you clearly communicate your value when you do.

That means having strong messaging, a strategic presence in the right places, and a brand that builds trust quickly.

When those pieces are aligned, your marketing starts bringing in consistent, qualified inquiries, ending the up and down cycle of occasional interest and random referrals.

    • This isn’t an overnight fix. But you won’t have to wait years to see real results, either.

Many clients start seeing improvements in the quality of their inquiries soon after key changes are made, with more consistent momentum building over the following months.

Most of our client engagements are structured over 6-12 months to ensure the work is not only implemented, but also refined and working as intended.

    • Just as your clients may not love hearing, “It depends,” in answer to their questions about the cost of their design projects, you might not like my answer to this question!

But it truly depends on where your business is now and what you’re looking to achieve.

If you’re aiming for a meaningful shift in the clients and projects you’re attracting, the work needed will typically be more comprehensive.

If you’re already closer to that level and need focused strategic support, the scope you need may be more contained.

We’ll determine the right approach based on your goals and what’s needed to get you there.

    • I primarily work with designers who have established their work and are ready to attract higher-level clients and projects, but whose marketing isn’t fully supporting that yet.

That said, whenever possible and depending on my availability, I also love supporting newer designers in getting their marketing and messaging started.
